Complement and modification of Marx’s explanation of value and abstract equal human labor as a historically social form of concrete useful works – especially in the first subsection of the first chapter in Capital Volume I. In the first subsection of the first chapter of Capital, Volume I, Marx fails to adhere to the premise—which he had initially established in a scientifically sound manner—for explaining value and socially determined abstract human labor. Part I of this treatise demonstrates how Marx comes to provide, in the last paragraph on page 52 of MEW 23, a mystically irrational explanation of value and socially determined human labor. In Part II and following sections, Marx’s mystically irrational explanation of value and socially determined human labor is rewritten in a rational, scientifically rigorous manner in accordance with Marx’s own intention and principles._______________________________________________________________________
